Culinary Great: Marcus Samuelsson

I have to say that this gentleman personifies to me the love of craft, the style it encompasses, and how one can work their way from a base position to one of super stardom, yet remain humble as well.  Marcus Samelsson is that brother, and his story, from his birth in Ethiopia, to becoming the youngest chef at that time to receive a 3 star rating from the NY Times, to his tireless work to the community today.
